The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. The Drs and Nurses have always been efficient. I find booking online easy and payments and refund go through with ease. I've been a patient here for over 14 years, happy with the services I've received here.

I had my Diabetes quarterly careplan review. Greeted pleasantly at reception by a quiet young trainee. I saw nurse Ron first. Wow! A breath of fresh air. He is so attentive, thorough & extremely compassionate and thoughtful. I felt heard, validated and respected as a person. Nurse Ron had some simple yet genius suggestions to boost my morale and increase my focus on my needs. Eager for my next visit. Truly made my day 🙏 Next, i saw Dr Shivani. She was very encouraging and praised my efforts since i last saw her. Its nice to feel like your Dr see's you and genuinely cares about your journey. I have been attending Westcare since they were open at their previous location. I would not change medical centres unless i moved out of Melbourne.

Patient name: Andrew Box: First time with this dr (Dr Vishnu) as my regular dr is away sick. So far he seemed nice and caring as dr should be. So will see on future appointments, hopefully he will stay that way. Positive experience today👍 by the way, must remember to mention that the reception staff are very friendly. Happy with the great customer service.

A very dedicated team of exceptional doctors! Today I saw an unfamiliar doctor who fairly recently joined the team as I required repeat medications. She was absolutely lovely and thoroughly investigated each of my medications, recent tests and those which were needed in the future. She also recommended a repeat of a scan as a follow up because of one of these medications. As I let the practice I received a msg to inform me that my doctor had already sent through a referral for the scan! Why would you go elsewhere with this professional service available at Westcare irregardless of which doctor you see???
